Second Decan 10º-20º Nov.3rd – Nov.12th
• Neptune in Scorpio
• Eighth House of Transformation
• Guided by the “Six of Cups“
Fixed Scorpio (Oct.22- Nov.20th), being ruled by the planets Pluto and Mars, holds its position in the realm of intense emotions, transformation, and intuition. Mars ignites the fiery persona in Scorpio while Pluto destroys and regenerates in the Eight House of Transformation.
Here is where intense situations are handled such as sex, death, and loss, and how you recover from its aftermath. Scorpios can have an inherent means of emotionally breaking down a situation and (at times unknowingly) directing it against either themselves or those involved; it’s their way of “destroying and transforming” spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
During this second decan with Neptune in Scorpio, the “Unified Esoteric Tarot” indicates this is a time of “Enlightenment”. During this decan, the Neptunian influence in Scorpio is finding the “Enlightenment” in the realms of the darker side of spirituality and the unknown. There is an intense attraction and connection to exploring ones shadow Self to find the answers that have yet to be revealed.
The “Six of Cups“ is about a reliving a past experience(s) and momentarily re-discovering a innocence in what surrounds you. A time of being open minded to possibilities that may come your way. The Golden Dawn astrological correspondences has the “Six of Cups” held as the Sun in Scorpio. Below I use this astrological influence in describing this card.
The “Dreamkeepers Tarot” is about reflecting on the past. It is bringing the attention towards open mindedness and allowing personal growth through exploring new experiences with “child-like wonder”. Though be aware of not relishing in this for too long as there are present matters that need to be focussed on.
The “Pagan Otherworlds” shows happiness through the harmony of emotions. You’ve experienced joy and happiness in the past and have brought this into your present state. It is this balance from within being expressed outward. Use the past as a means to currently build upon that which could shape your future.
✶Please note! The assigned astrological decan on the featured tarot cards does not correspond with the current astrological sign and planet placement. The “Unified Esoteric Tarot” has its own astrological correspondences that are used as guides within each card when doing a reading.
In addition, the Golden Dawn has its own system of astrological correspondences that I will make specific reference too when doing tarot astrology readings. These correspondences are found primarily in the Thoth Tarot and other similar inspired traditional decks.
