“ADJUSTMENT” (LIBRA) for me is all about the non judgmental heart and mind. Not leaning on one side or the other. I feel because of this there is a liberation of the soul. Moving to the frequencies which influences how much momentum is placed towards a guided direction. Saturn works with time and with slow calculated pulses of energy. It’s not about fast movement, but making little shifts along the way to achieve a harmonious balance.
“2 of Swords” (Moon) speaks to me of mental clarity + resolution through discernment. Viewing and understanding both sides of the double edge sword (opposing/attractive forces). As Lilith stated, the crossing of the swords is the “fulcrum”. This support creates an authentic balance between the body and soul. The pillars of Boaz + Jachin (Mercy + Severity) are in support of each other.
“3 of Swords” (Saturn) I’m beginning to view this card as a form in progress leading to the Universe archetype. The framing of the Ourobourous and the red cracked jar (possibly the womb of life) is feeling the Saturnian pressure to release heavy energy to (trans)form into enlightenment. This could be the darkness of the soul that we go through to get the moment of awakening. This card is one that I will have to explore further.
“4 of Swords” (Jupiter) I see transformation leading to expansion of the (spiritual) mind. The Ourobourous infinite form from the 3 of Swords has shapeshifted into a diamond formed through the four swords. The hilts, two pointing upward and the other two pointing downward, are protecting the Vajra (4 crossed arms/direction) which is in the center. The clarity/expansion of the mind has taken form through the actions of compassion and love. There is achievement in this card but with more to expand from. The feathers of the Alpha/Omega are preparing to script the outcome of this journey.
IN CONCLUSION:
The previous suit of Wands + Cups had us exploring the (internal and external) power of our creative spiritual and emotional forces. It’s clear that all the suits in the minor arcana are supportive of each other, and when there is an imbalance within these elements we need to discover what energies to bring in to allow us to continue moving ahead.
The Decan of Libra (2-4 of Swords) shows a direct communication between the mind and heart, creating a “formative” perspective and enabling better reasoning and emotional processing. A question to ask is how do we find the right amount of “adjustment” needed “To Know” more about ourselves?
The suit of Swords tends to be one of the more challenged of all the suits.. involving conflicts + weakness of the intellect mind.
