THIRD DECAN 20º-30º DEC.12TH – DEC.21ST
• Sun in Sagittarius
• Tenth House of Expansion
• Guided by the “Ten of Wands“
During this third decan of the Sun in Sagittarius, the “Unified Esoteric Tarot” indicates this is a time of “Adventure”. The energetic influence of the Sun in Sagittarius focusses on the optimistic and adventurous side of this sign. Exploring the unknown and gaining insight from these experiences are the guiding forces for Sagittarius.
The “Ten of Wands“ is about overextending the responsibilities that one has been committed to. The journey has been arduous with successes and challenges along the way, and there is now a heavy weight that has overshadowed your progress.
The “Forest of Enchantment” shows the “Ten of Spells” as an exhaustive outcome from activity that was pushed beyond ones own limits. We can get lost in the process of what is being manifested. There is sense of being overwhelmed and it is time to rest and reflect on what has been created.
The “Lumina Tarot” has the “Ten of Wands” as recognizing the effort made in accomplishing your desired goal. You are feeling inspired but yet realize that this commitment has grown more than anticipated and there is a uncertainty as to how to continue onward. Re-evaluate what has been done thus far. Ask for the proper support from others who can better assist and ease some of the responsibility needed in continuing the growth of your goal.
The “Tarot of the Holy Light” shows the culmination of the initiating, stabilizing, and transforming qualities of the astrological fire signs (Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius). It is these forms that create, activate, and shift the experiences on our individual journey. The crucified serpents shows energy that is misused and suffering. It is the ultimate sacrifice that has been made. Though trust that your hard work has been recognized and continues to be powerful and transforming.
✶Please note! The assigned astrological decan on the featured tarot cards does not correspond with the current astrological sign and planet placement. The “Unified Esoteric Tarot” has its own astrological correspondences that are used as guides within each card when doing a reading.
In addition, the Golden Dawn has its own system of astrological correspondences that I will make specific reference too when doing tarot astrology readings. These correspondences are found primarily in the Thoth Tarot and other similar inspired traditional decks.
